01. Consultation

Over the phone or in person, our initial consultation is the first step to ensuring a smooth process from purchase contract to closing table. We discuss important topics like pre-approval, timeline, and more.

02. Viewings

We send you homes that meet your wants and needs and research properties you show interest in. We then work within YOUR schedule to setup showings. This step is where we hit the pavement to find out what makes the cut and what doesn’t.

03. Paperwork

Don’t let your contract paperwork leave you vulnerable during your home purchase. As your personal paperwork ninja, we help you structure your offer to reduce your risk and give you the best competitive edge in a multiple offers situation.

04. Closing

Once your offer is accepted, we will assist you with as much as you would like. From dropping escrow deposits and scheduling inspections, to vendor recommendations and general education, we are by your side for every step to the closing table.

Out of Town Clients, Your Search is Over.

Searching for real estate is challenging when you aren’t local. We offer a full suite of services to assist you with your purchase. After our initial conversation we send you a copy of our book to start getting familiar with the different areas as well as begin to email you properties that match what you are looking for. Once you have secured dates for your visit, we will set aside 1-3 entire days to show you areas, tour homes, and answer your questions. We can pick you up from your lodging or meet you at the first property. We prefer to ride together to better explain locations and can accommodate up to 6 adults

If the perfect home hits the market before your scheduled trip, don’t worry, we will send you an HD video walk through via YouTube where we point out the good, the bad, and the ugly so you can make an educated buying decision from thousands of miles away.
